ABOUT INVOICEPAID
A small, private tool for creating UK invoices
InvoicePaid was created by Garn Data to give sole traders, contractors and small companies a straightforward way to prepare an invoice without creating an account or sending customer details to an invoicing platform.
How the tool works
The generator runs in your browser. Draft information and an uploaded logo are stored in that browser’s local storage, not submitted to an InvoicePaid server. Printing and PDF creation use the browser’s print feature.
How the guidance is maintained
Invoice guidance is checked against publicly available GOV.UK and HMRC material. It is general information, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Businesses with unusual VAT, international, construction-industry or regulatory requirements should obtain appropriate professional advice.
