What a limited company should show
Separate legal and payment details
The registered office identifies the company, while the bank details explain how to pay. Check that the account name and payment reference are clear to the customer.
Add VAT only where applicable
If the company is VAT registered, include its VAT number and the relevant breakdown. Otherwise, leave VAT switched off rather than presenting a VAT charge.
